I hold the company accountable for their choice of delivery service—choose wisely if you value customer service. I have requested a refund, but have yet to receive a response. I will continue to reach out to both the company and the delivery service until this matter is resolved.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT; it appears to be of high quality on the website, but in reality, the material is very thin and it comes in a single size that is extremely small. I'm very disappointed as it was intended as a gift for my husband. The only positive is that it is made of organic cotton, as mentioned on the label.
I was considering purchasing a bracelet from here but heeded another reviewer's advice to perform a reverse image search... I found the exact same product on a different website for a fraction of the price. It’s evident that this product is made in China. The company offers faster shipping because they stock identical items in their local warehouse, just with their branding. While the products look appealing, they are overcharging for mere branding and photography. I even found the same bracelet for much less elsewhere.
