The automated system directed me to a bot, which eventually led to a request for my credit card details to resolve an issue I didn't want to pay for. I just need someone to assist with my previous activation code. I ended up unsubscribing, hoping to stop the flood of emails, but I'm concerned about missing reminders for my legitimate subscription. I plan to switch to another product when my current subscription ends in 2027 due to the poor support.
