I've been a long-time user, but after they stopped supporting my version, updating took over 3.5 hours, including lengthy chat support that ultimately didn't resolve the issue. The instructions were unclear, and the AI assistance was unhelpful. I have to call back tomorrow with no virus protection and a two-year license. I can't recommend this service and will seek another provider.
