I ordered three suits in size 40 from the company. They sent one suit in size 40, costing 2000, but the other two were in sizes 46 and 38, costing 2200 and 1850, along with a shipping charge of 150. Upon receiving the incorrect sizes, I contacted the owner for a return, but she refused, claiming returns weren't possible and then blocked me. Her response was quite rude; when I proposed returning the items and paying for shipping, she said neither a return nor a replacement would be accepted and told me to be quiet. I don’t see why I should be blamed for their mistake in sending the wrong sizes when they assured me size 40 was available. They even removed the tags from the suits. Now, I've spent 4050 plus 150 on shipping for items that I can't use. Instead of admitting their error, they chose to argue with me.
