This seller is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I placed an order and made full payment, but no product was delivered even after many days. When I contacted the seller to ask for delivery details or tracking, instead of giving a proper reply, they spoke very rudely and used an unacceptable tone.
After asking again for a solution or refund, the seller blocked me and stopped all communication. This shows that the seller has no intention of helping customers once payment is received.
A genuine seller should provide proper updates, delivery proof, or refund, but this seller did none of that.
This behavior creates serious doubt about their honesty and business practices.
I strongly warn other buyers to not trust this seller and not make advance payment
I ordered 2 suits from Trend on the go. Delivery was very smooth and the quality and look of product at such affordable price range is amazing. I got so many compliments for both dresses and both are my fav. Picks till date. Looking for shopping more from them❤️❤️
I am extremely dissatisfied. A friend received a faulty item with obvious manufacturing issues. The support team was unhelpful, citing the absence of an unboxing video and a 24-hour window for assistance. They were unwilling to engage, even though my friend wasn’t seeking a refund; she simply wanted to discuss the problem. After numerous attempts to communicate, all she received was a refusal to assist. The quality of the product was poor, and the service was appalling. They have also restricted their accounts to avoid accountability.

I had an awful experience with this service. Four items were never delivered even after six months. When I reached out for help, the support team was incredibly rude and unprofessional, even resorting to offensive language. The quality of the products is very low, and the sizes are inaccurate. I highly recommend that others avoid making purchases from them.
I ordered three suits in size 40 from the company. They sent me one suit in size 40, which cost 2000, but the other two were sent in sizes 46 and 38, costing 2200 and 1850 respectively, plus a shipping charge of 150. After receiving the wrong sizes, I reached out to the owner for a return, but she refused, stating that returns weren't possible and blocked me. Her behavior was quite rude; when I suggested returning the items and covering the shipping, she said neither a return nor a replacement would happen and told me to shut up. I don't understand why I should be blamed when they sent the wrong sizes despite claiming size 40 was available. They even cut the tags off the suits. Now, I've wasted 4050 plus 150 on shipping for items that are useless to me. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they chose to argue with me.

I've been looking for that authentic Resham suits ) attires for functions. I stumbled upon their ad on Instagram and absolutely loved the collection. This is my 7th purchase. Recently wore one of their collections to a wedding and got a " Wow" reaction! I would say it's value for money, great designs choice of colours best part you don't have to spend extra to get it stiched and their customer support is super swift responsive. I'm a customer forever.
Ordered 17 suits for my sister wedding and loved how they have checked every detailing, infact they don't have replacement policy but they did replace it on my request out of courtsey, these reviews online about trend on the go is so wrong ,specially the founder ritzy who took out time to talk to me over a call and understand my problem ,guys big thumps up for this ,best instagram shopping page I have found ,all my suits are now going to be from them
