I ordered three suits in size 40 from the company. They sent me one suit in size 40, which cost 2000, but the other two were sent in sizes 46 and 38, costing 2200 and 1850 respectively, plus a shipping charge of 150. After receiving the wrong sizes, I reached out to the owner for a return, but she refused, stating that returns weren't possible and blocked me. Her behavior was quite rude; when I suggested returning the items and covering the shipping, she said neither a return nor a replacement would happen and told me to shut up. I don't understand why I should be blamed when they sent the wrong sizes despite claiming size 40 was available. They even cut the tags off the suits. Now, I've wasted 4050 plus 150 on shipping for items that are useless to me. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they chose to argue with me.
