I am extremely dissatisfied. A friend received a faulty item with obvious manufacturing issues. The support team was unhelpful, citing the absence of an unboxing video and a 24-hour window for assistance. They were unwilling to engage, even though my friend wasn’t seeking a refund; she simply wanted to discuss the problem. After numerous attempts to communicate, all she received was a refusal to assist. The quality of the product was poor, and the service was appalling. They have also restricted their accounts to avoid accountability.
