When I presented the board's legally binding decision, the response was that the product was no longer available. It seems they are trying to push me into a court battle, underestimating my determination to fight back. Overall, I strongly advise against using this service. They show a complete lack of respect for their customers, and I find their behavior utterly unacceptable.
