I had a great experience shopping with Trendyol. The app is well-organized and easy to navigate, offering a wide selection of products for different tastes. Prices are competitive, quality is good for the price, and the items arrived on time in good packaging. Customer service was also helpful. I would highly recommend Trendyol.

It is a SCAM, I ordered two shoes, after trying the shoes they were tight, I returned both of them, after a week I received a massage that they received the shoes, BUT they returned the money for only one in the form of coins which I can not use, for the other shoe the return was rejected, when I contacted them they said that the seller said he received an empty box, I asked where was the shoes was missing, but they are just saying the seller received an empty box, I asked for their help, they said they have nothing to do, I asked them so I lost my money just like that? they did not reply.
Worst online shopping ever.
One more thing I noticed while I am browsing the the product they have a proce tag, but after I add products to the cart the prices increase. Another way to scam people.

I ordered 3 sweaters from Trendynol and none of them look anything like the pictures on the website. The quality is poor, and the sizing is completely wrong — I received mixed and incorrect sizes in the same order.

I requested a return over a month ago. Until today, no one has come to collect the items. I contacted chat support multiple times and got the same useless response every time. Instead of resolving the issue, they are now blaming me, claiming I am “not answering calls,” which is completely false.

This is unacceptable customer service and feels like a deliberate attempt to delay refunds. Save your money and avoid this company.

Extremely disappointing delivery service

The delivery experience is quite poor. Previously, there was at least an online assistant to communicate with, but now it’s only a bot with generic questions. In Greece, multiple courier services are used, and if you happen to get Elta courier, you won’t be able to receive your package, plus there's no way to contact the courier provider. My initial experiences were good, but each subsequent order has been worse. I won’t be using this service again; I’d rather pay more elsewhere than waste my time dealing with their issues.

Terrible experience with a faulty laptop and unhelpful support

I received a defective laptop and my return request was denied. After seeking help from the consumer arbitration board in Turkey, they ruled in my favor, confirming my rights as a consumer were violated. When I presented the board's legally binding decision, the response was that the product was no longer available. It seems they are trying to push me into a court battle, underestimating my determination to fight back. Overall, I strongly advise against using this service. They show a complete lack of respect for their customers, and I find their behavior utterly unacceptable.

Avoid at All Costs

This experience was a complete disappointment. My order arrived damaged and was never delivered. I've been waiting for over two months for a refund, but there's been no resolution. The support team has been unhelpful and continues to delay. Their handling of customer funds is very poor. I cannot recommend this service and advise others to steer clear.

Difficulties in reaching support and app issues

It's challenging to get in touch with anyone regarding problems. The app is malfunctioning and makes it hard to initiate a refund. My order was delayed, and when it finally arrived, it was damaged. Now, I can't reach out to request an expedited replacement because the app isn't functioning properly.

Extremely disappointing experience.

My experience was extremely disappointing. This was my first order here, and it did not go well. The service and communication were lacking. I provided my address clearly, but they only called once and that was it—no follow-up calls or messages. I usually order from other platforms and have never faced such issues. It is expected that the driver should contact the customer to arrange delivery, but that didn't happen. They also rely on an automated system for messaging, which makes communication difficult. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. Please refund my money and keep your items.
