Company / customer service illegally held my refund hostage. After contacting them I had to open a PayPal case which has been on-going for over a month. In between this time they have tried to coerce me into closing the case before they have refunded me (which would no doubt have left me without a refund & the product). They have stated by email they have provided a full refund & upon checking my account no refund was visible, this is one of a number of deceitful tactics they have chosen to try & persuade me to close the case. Scarily the deceit has ranged from the whole customer service team not just one individual which suggests the whole company is rotten. Always purchase with a credit card as the company will do everything they can to not refund you legally.
