I ordered these shoes online from Spain, model: "NB 1000 Salehe Bembury fog be the cloud," but there were several issues with them. The "N" logo and the white texture on the back logo were incorrect. Frustrating return experience

Extremely disappointing service

Extremely disappointing service! When I ordered, I was informed that shipping would be $16. However, after shipping, I was hit with $35.20 in import fees which were not disclosed. The company stated I am responsible for all fees, including returns. This business is dishonest!
