I am most disappointed with the above item return procedure.I bought a stainless-steel flask from your Newbridge outlet approx 1 to 2 months ago.I never kept the slip, who nowadays keeps slips for every small item?I used the flask 3 times, worked well, 4th time the flask became hot on the exterior after filling with boiling water for coffee which should not happen with "thermos" technology.Your website advertises the flask as being "unbreakable" 1 litre Thirst.I went into your Newbridge branch on 7th October 2023 where I bought the item from, explained the above, all I wanted was an exchange, I was asked for the slip to "match the purchase up" both manager and supervisor were present, ok so now let me sift through my bank statements, seriously ! ITS A PRODUCT COSTING +- €19.OO, the product is "brand stamped" and looks brand new, I'm sure it's yours? I left the flask with the store as its of no use to me now.I simply could not be bothered with this type of service, there is a saying, " it's easier to keep a customer than find one" I have been in retail since the age of 18 and understand "consumerism" and the retail "sphere" in depth, well Trespass have most certainly lost me and numerous other friends and family as consumer's over a €19.00 product, believe me I have a few items purchased from your outlets.This is such a pity as generally your products are good quality and priced well.In closing I will in future take my custom elsewhere.
