To be honest with all the other reviews I was worried about this order.
However it came in good time and all the clothing, socks and goggles were of excellent quality.
If I was to give a fault it would be their correspondence is not great. However when I emailed I did recieve some information.
Overall I was happy with this experience.

I made an order and received absolutely no confirmation email or payment notification.After creating an account, there is still no record of the order anywhere.It looks extremely unprofessional and honestly feels like a scam.I would not recommend this website.
Ordered a jacket for a Christmas present on the 14th of December and wrote to Tresspas (and GLS) several times now to flag that parcel has not yet been delivered despite GLS site claiming to have been out for delivery since the 21st ...No reply from either of them. Called Tresspass Ireland( Newbridge) store today only to be told that I can be as disappointed as I as want but they wouldn't help as it's Tresspass UK. My confirmation mail states clearly Tresspass Ireland. So no jacket and no reply from either Tresspass or GLS.Well done
I bought 4 polo shirts online and returned 2 within the 14 days allowed. Trespass advised to keep proof of postage. It did not advise you must track the postage. I posted it on 22 Aug 2025, should only take one day to arrive. 17 days later I still have no refund. I speak to trespass by email and they say my returns never arrived. Sent them proof of my postage which they would not accept. They said my receipt only proves I posted it and doesn’t prove they received it. They are saying An Post didn’t deliver it, which is a lie. Trespass are a disgrace to disbelieve customers and blame someone else. I now have lost the cost of 2 polo shirts plus the cost of posting them back. They don’t deserve our custom. I will never buy from them again and I advise all customers not to buy from them either. They don’t deserve our custom.
I returned a Puddle suit for my baby to exchange for a different size. The Company claimed not to receive it which as we all know is unlikely nowadays. The customer service agent was unhelpful so there's €30 I don't expect to see again... back to Amazon or Next I go...

After purchasing a pair of shoes that caused significant discomfort, my attempts to return them were met with resistance and unsatisfactory responses from both the Newbridge and a Dublin store. Despite reaching out to customer service, I faced weeks of silence followed by mixed messages, including a withdrawn offer of a prepaid return label after I had already incurred over €40 in shipping costs based on their initial agreement to accept the return. This situation has not only left me out of pocket for the shoes and shipping but also deeply frustrated by the lack of clear communication and accountability from Trespass. My previous loyalty to the brand has been marred by this experience, highlighting a need for better management and customer service practices. I am now seeking a full refund for both the shoes and the additional costs incurred.
I am most disappointed with the above item return procedure.I bought a stainless-steel flask from your Newbridge outlet approx 1 to 2 months ago.I never kept the slip, who nowadays keeps slips for every small item?I used the flask 3 times, worked well, 4th time the flask became hot on the exterior after filling with boiling water for coffee which should not happen with "thermos" technology.Your website advertises the flask as being "unbreakable" 1 litre Thirst.I went into your Newbridge branch on 7th October 2023 where I bought the item from, explained the above, all I wanted was an exchange, I was asked for the slip to "match the purchase up" both manager and supervisor were present, ok so now let me sift through my bank statements, seriously ! ITS A PRODUCT COSTING +- €19.OO, the product is "brand stamped" and looks brand new, I'm sure it's yours? I left the flask with the store as its of no use to me now.I simply could not be bothered with this type of service, there is a saying, " it's easier to keep a customer than find one" I have been in retail since the age of 18 and understand "consumerism" and the retail "sphere" in depth, well Trespass have most certainly lost me and numerous other friends and family as consumer's over a €19.00 product, believe me I have a few items purchased from your outlets.This is such a pity as generally your products are good quality and priced well.In closing I will in future take my custom elsewhere.
Just went in to get myself a jacket, something light but as we're in Killarney also waterproof. There was no one else in the shop but after about 10 minutes I left because the woman behind the counter didn't look up once from scrolling her phone. I went across to the Kerry GAA shop and after a nice welcome from the chap there I bought myself a nice jacket.20 minutes later I passed Trespass again and she was still stuck in her phone
