I had a very disappointing experience at the salon—not once, but twice. I took time off work both times to be a model, only to be let down. The first appointment was canceled unexpectedly because the head stylist didn't show up. The second time, after explaining my hair history and sending photos as requested, I was told they couldn't do my hair upon arrival, which was frustrating given their model call specifically requested those needing box dye removed. I was offered a root touch-up instead, and when I asked if this could be done as a goodwill gesture, considering the inconvenience, I was accused of getting angry, which was untrue and felt racially charged. A woman claiming to be the CEO then dismissed my concerns, stating that because I wasn't a paying customer, I had no right to complain. This felt disrespectful and dismissive. Overall, a waste of time and energy, with no accountability from the salon and very poor customer service.
