I had a full balayage done at the local branch by a stylist who was incredibly kind and professional, achieving the exact color I desired. Initially, I planned to get highlights, but during our consultation, he recommended balayage instead, and I'm so thankful I took his advice. I also had my blowout done by another stylist and I'm thrilled with the outcome! I would absolutely recommend this salon.

I was welcomed warmly, offered a drink right away, and soon enjoyed a fantastic cappuccino. The hair wash was delightful, complete with a massage, showing real attention to detail. The entire team is clearly well-trained, professional, and genuinely friendly. Chatting with my stylist was enjoyable—he has a wonderful personality, is honest about what suits you, and most importantly, truly knows his craft. If you're nervous about where to go for short hair or want something modern and edgy, he is definitely the person to see. I came in feeling messy and left feeling like a supermodel. I had a very disappointing experience at the salon—not once, but twice. I took time off work both times to be a model, only to be let down. The first appointment was canceled unexpectedly because the head stylist didn't show up. The second time, after explaining my hair history and sending photos as requested, I was told they couldn't do my hair upon arrival, which was frustrating given their model call specifically requested those needing box dye removed. I was offered a root touch-up instead, and when I asked if this could be done as a goodwill gesture, considering the inconvenience, I was accused of getting angry, which was untrue and felt racially charged. A woman claiming to be the CEO then dismissed my concerns, stating that because I wasn't a paying customer, I had no right to complain. This felt disrespectful and dismissive. Overall, a waste of time and energy, with no accountability from the salon and very poor customer service.
