I would have liked to have given a proper review of receiving a hair cut at Trevor Sorbie’s Covent Garden but unfortunately I did not get the opportunity I looked online to see if there were any discounts and was pleased to see that they were offering a 30% discount with selected team members for a first visit so I decided I would book up as the cheapest haircut at £93 would be more affordable with 30% off I phoned the salon to make an appointment and mentioned I was a first time client and would like to make an appointment for the next day I was told there was only one girl at the salon that they were offering the 30% off with and she wasn’t in but if I wanted to book with any of the others I would get 10% off ,I decided against this but went on line to check how many stylists they were showing at the salon , I counted 16 so why is there only one doing the discounts ?when they clearly state team MEMBERS when they sent me the email with the 30% discount but were only offering 10% discount when I phoned to make an appointment Very disappointing
