I had placed an order with Tribal Chimp and inadvertently ordered twice. As there was no way to undo my error thought well I will email the company and explain what I had done and hope for the best. The very next morning I checked my email and there was one from Tribal Chimp that they would refund me for the double order. They were very gracious and most importantly they were professional.
