unfortunately, we had a mix-up with my order and it got lost in transit.
tribal chimp quickly addressed the issue and had a new bottle, as well as a second bonus bottle sent to my home within 2 days. thank you for the wonderful service, and your product works amazing. my son loves it!
Steer clear of this company! They will take your money and fail to ship the items you ordered. The customer service is extremely poor. Don’t waste your time calling and leaving a voicemail, as they won’t respond. If you try emailing, and they do reply, don’t count on them having actually read your message; they act on their own terms. If you request a refund for items you never received, they will demand that you PAY to return items before issuing a refund (which is absurd since they never sent them!). It's a scam! Save yourself the trouble and avoid doing business with them.
I placed an order on Nov 28th for a gift and reached out on Dec 17th because the tracking information stopped updating on Dec 10th and has not changed since. Their response was simply to resend the tracking number, which I already possessed and was not what I was inquiring about. I have followed up twice more since then with no reply whatsoever. I requested a refund since the package appears to be lost, yet still received no response... extremely disappointing customer service!
I had placed an order with Tribal Chimp and inadvertently ordered twice. As there was no way to undo my error thought well I will email the company and explain what I had done and hope for the best. The very next morning I checked my email and there was one from Tribal Chimp that they would refund me for the double order. They were very gracious and most importantly they were professional. As described. Didnt realize the many screws needed to put the table together. Thou appreciated how the packets were labeled.Using an allyn wrench only was an ordeal. Overall the table appeared as picture showed.Suggest the table be in 2 pieces not 4 for better appearance.
I have been using the powder and Matte finish for over a year now. My son also uses it much better than all the other gels and hair products I’ve used all my life. my hair looks more natural and just running my fingers through my hair and set it when it gets messed up. It’s actually kind of fun. Their Customer Service is super friendly and prompt and a subscription service makes it easy to keep the product stocked, so I don’t have to worry about it
