So i used the program for about a month then decided to cancel for personal reasons. I cancelled my membership the day before it withdrew from my account thinking it would let me continue using it until the next billing cycle but no, it immediately shut me out of the program. I emailed customer service for a refund and they said they don't issue refunds but will credit me if i choose to sign up again... When I signed up i didn't see anything saying that they don't issue refunds.UPDATE: AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND THEIR TEAM SEEING THIS REVIEW THEY ISSUED THE REFUND.
