The management is lacking, with poor communication and customer service. At one point, I went without hot water for two weeks, receiving little to no updates from the company despite numerous calls and emails. They refused to reimburse me for my high water bill due to their delay in fixing the heater. They act as if all costs fall on the tenants. The only reason I’m giving one star is because I have to, but they truly deserve none. Terrible experience!
