Billing problem the last 4 years that customer service refused to fix is no longer in practice That saves me money. A few dollars most months is important as I am on fixed income. Your new automation phone pay system is great, very user friendly 👍.The only reason this is not five stars is because customer service reps are too wordy (to many words) and speak too fast. Don't mind the accent just slow down and use less words. I worked customer service for years. Retired eight years. Still see customers that say they miss me. This review is straight up truth.
