The rates are acceptable, but I can't seem to stop the weekly emails regarding my usage. I've tried multiple times to unsubscribe from these notifications, yet since I live alone, my usage is stable. I reached out for help, but they couldn't assist, and I can't find an unsubscribe button. They function like any other utility provider, yet they think I need this unnecessary information every week. While I'm not wealthy, I could manage a slightly higher bill to avoid these emails.

If it weren't for the requirement to give at least one star, I wouldn't have rated at all. I'm extremely frustrated. The customer service has been the worst I've encountered. I spent two hours on the phone trying to reach a supervisor, enduring over 30 minutes on hold during each of my three calls, and no supervisor was ever available. If you want high bills and subpar customer service, this is the provider for you.
