I truly wish I could rate them lower. I have no desire to continue with this organization; their service is subpar. Previously, I had a direct line to my care coordinator who kept me updated, but now I feel lost. We switched due to previous provider issues, and now I'm facing numerous problems with this new arrangement. Communication has been virtually nonexistent, and despite leaving multiple messages, I've received no response. It has been almost a month since my initial welcome call, and after raising a complaint, I was told my concerns would be addressed, yet nothing has changed. This lack of organization is unacceptable, and I question why I should continue with their care.
