My experience with this service provider has been very disappointing. There was no communication regarding the new care package for weeks, causing unnecessary stress. Many caregivers went unpaid and left due to ongoing issues, leaving gaps in support. The lack of clarity in communication has been frustrating, as important updates were not relayed. For a care provider, this level of disorganization is completely unacceptable. I hope they seriously reconsider their processes, especially in communication and client support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at this time.
