They even emailed me after I placed the order to let me know wit went though and when to expect the package. This was an actual person and not automated in any way. This just felt real nice as a customer that they are out there grinding and making it a smooth transaction.

I placed an order with your company

I placed an order with your company. I received my unit within a week. Good job. The "Ju1ce box" seems to be a pretty good unit to squeeze out a little "dab" from "flower". It is not really good for bubble hash, keif, or trim. But small nuggets of flower will get you some dab.
