Do not order from this company through any means. We purchased a Christmas tree for our 2-year-old, and it still shows as dispatched?! However, a different tree arrived after the expected delivery date. We attempted to return this incorrect tree, but they now refuse to refund us since we unwrapped it. The service has been poor, unprofessional, and incompetent! There has been no communication regarding our actual tree. It's very disappointing.
