Review Time
We recently placed an order for 1,000 brass eyelets. As a small company, we did not open the package immediately after purchase. When we did so, we discovered that the order contained only 42 supporting washers rather than the expected 1,000 (that would complete the job). While we fully understand that errors can occur, we were surprised and disappointed by the response we received when we contacted customer service to discuss the issue.
At no point did we expect complimentary products; our intention was simply to resolve the matter appropriately, even if that meant purchasing additional washers. However, we were informed, in very definite terms, that such a discrepancy was “impossible” and that we must have misplaced the items ourselves. The tone of the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, and no effort was made to investigate the matter further or offer a constructive solution.
This was particularly disheartening given that we have been loyal customers for several years and have always been satisfied with the quality of your products. Unfortunately, the manner in which this issue was handled has led us to close our account.

Fantastic shop. Needed some elastic cord to repair my coat hood. The Trimming Shop had the exact size I needed and was cheaper that certain other sites, was pleasantly surprised that even though it was a small order the delivery was free. Received within 3ish days of placing the order, much quicker that expected. Website was very simple to negotiate, even spent time looking around to see what other products they have, looks like I will be using them for my haberdashery needs in the future.
Do not order from this company through any means. We purchased a Christmas tree for our 2-year-old, and it still shows as dispatched?! However, a different tree arrived after the expected delivery date. We attempted to return this incorrect tree, but they now refuse to refund us since we unwrapped it. The service has been poor, unprofessional, and incompetent! There has been no communication regarding our actual tree. It's very disappointing.
The service was truly outstanding! Every request was fulfilled with accuracy, and no detail was missed. They offer a wide range of items and kept a friendly and professional attitude throughout. I couldn't find any flaws in my experience and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
