I rarely update reviews multiple times, but the fact I am now writing yet another 1-star review speaks for itself.
My subsidence claim was first reported in September 2022. We are now well into 2026 and it remains unresolved.
Since my first review, Trinity Claims have publicly replied each time stating that my case would be reviewed and that someone would be in contact. In reality, nothing meaningful changes. There is no continuity, no accountability, and no sustained improvement in how my claim is handled.
Over the past three years I have experienced:
Formal complaints ignored for weeks or months
“Final responses” that never materialise
Repeated changes in position without new evidence
Contractors instructed, cancelled, and contradicted
Cash settlement offers issued without agreement or discussion
Structural findings relied upon despite clear uncertainty within the reports themselves
At renewal, I am repeatedly told I cannot move insurer because of the ongoing subsidence claim. The practical effect is that while this claim drags on year after year, I am effectively prevented from switching providers. After this length of time, that situation feels deeply unfair.
Even where clear remedial routes have been identified by contractors, the claim is redirected into further investigation instead of simply rectifying the issue. Straightforward repairs that should have been completed long ago remain outstanding.
What is most concerning is the pattern. This is not a one-off mistake or a temporary lapse in service, it has been consistent mismanagement stretching back to 2022. Each time I escalate, I receive a polite public response. Each time, the underlying problems continue.
After three years of stress, delay, and circular handling, I cannot recommend Trinity Claims to anyone. If you are unfortunate enough to need them for a complex claim, be prepared for a very long and frustrating experience.
