Very thorough. Removed shoes without needing to be asked. The walls were black with mould and are now much improved, although access behind 2 utility room kitchen units was not possible to clean in that area. Gave good advice about the 6 dining room chairs I.e. would put in his report that these probably need professionally cleaning as a minimum.
