After logging in to make the purchase, she received an order confirmation, and the payment was deducted from her bank account, but the voucher was never sent via email. She spent three days trying to reach customer service leading up to Christmas, but only received automated responses indicating they were too busy to assist. As a university student, she couldn't afford to buy another gift, which left her very upset this morning. If there is no resolution by Monday or Tuesday, I will advise her to contact the bank to reverse the payment. This has been a very disappointing customer service experience.
