The Trinny products are amazing, hence why I reordered again, I didn't receive my order but contacted customer services, they were quick to look into and to come back to me and apologies and have reordered for me in quick time. I do believe its the courier company Evri who has let Trinny down!
I placed my order on December 27th, and as of January 5th, I still haven't received it. Other companies provide next-day delivery, so there's a need for improvement here. While the customer service team responds promptly, this situation is not acceptable.
My daughter visited a pop-up shop in Melbourne hoping to buy a gift voucher for me for Christmas. She was informed that these vouchers are only available online and was provided with a link. After logging in to make the purchase, she received an order confirmation, and the payment was deducted from her bank account, but the voucher was never sent via email. She spent three days trying to reach customer service leading up to Christmas, but only received automated responses indicating they were too busy to assist. As a university student, she couldn't afford to buy another gift, which left her very upset this morning. If there is no resolution by Monday or Tuesday, I will advise her to contact the bank to reverse the payment. This has been a very disappointing customer service experience.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, instantly making me feel comfortable. I felt at ease without any pretentiousness. The representative was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and open to all my questions, regardless of how trivial. The experience was unhurried, with everything explained thoroughly in a professional yet personal manner. I must say the products are also outstanding, but it was the care and service that truly distinguished this experience. A gold star for the team. Thank you!

After ordering products for the holidays, I faced a delivery issue and didn't receive my order. I lodged complaints with the delivery service and the company.
