Very poor experience. I forgot my password and instead of being able to re-set it online I had to wait a week for them to send me a temporary password through the post. In this day and age, that's quite ridiculous. I then went to close my account and they asked for a lot of information in online chat about account number (I only have the one account) and nominated account (which they already had on file). Took over 5 minutes to reply each time I gave them the unnecessary information again. Quite frustrating. Wont use Triodos again.
