Triodos are very poor at communicating with their customers. They caused a multiple BACS payment file to fail twice, and have not updated authorisation limits like they confirmed on the chat they had. I have to spend a lot of time communicating with them only to find it is not resolved. This happened during April to June and is still on-going.
