I moved from a High Street bank to Triodos because i wanted to be with a more ethical bank. The move was simple and efficient, the app is easy to use and navigate and so far no real issues with the service. However, a couple of things: 1. Unlike other banking apps, there's no way to view upcoming direct debits on my current account (only standing orders). I used to find this really useful with my previous bank when budgeting and tracking payments through the month.2. This weekend (I'm writing this on Sunday)there was a warning that due to 'essential maintenance' payments would be delayed. I think it said until 2.30pm yesterday. But the message is no longer there, and I have 6 payment that should have gone out but are still just showing as 'reservation'. (One of those was a birthday gift for a friend yesterday). And there's no one at Triodos I can contact at weekends...
