The way the app works is brilliant. Access to accounts is quick, easy and secure. I needed to cash in an ISA, but I had forgotten my user name and password so I had to 'phone Triodos. There was no delay and the person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful. It was suggested that I download the app and doing so enabled me to quickly regain access to my account. I now intend to open a current account.
