Resolved issue with card payment to USA. Thanks to Toni's help we discovered that there is a security setting to restrict debit card payments to within Europe. Toni advised that this can be changed via the Triodos app and once this was set to 'Worldwide' the payment to the USA went through fine. The service and support we receive from Triodos is excellent and we have had no regrets since moving to them over two years ago. We would definitely recommend banking with them if you value service, want a user friendly & effective banking app and wish to bank with a bank which has an ethical approach to managing your savings, not knowingly investing in or lending to unethical businesses.
