The bank put a stop to the trading of their depository receipts and then, after a long period, held meetings and decided to restart and made an offer of compensation for their messing about. My wife and I have joint depository receipts and when we tried to accept their offer on line found that there was bug in their system (which they acknowledged!) and we were unable to process on line and so we requested paper documentation for us to complete. They Promised to send the paperwork and after several emails and telephone conversations, we are still awaiting the documentation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK even if they eventually sort out our problem!!!!!
