I really wanted to like this bank and have tried banking with them now for 2 years. Today I have given up and switched. The problems are numerous. Switching to them was difficult and I never did get them to transfer over my overdraft facility or to respond to my request to have an overdraft with them. Transactions are often slow, taking hours rather than seconds or minutes with other banks. Their website is weird and clunky. In fact there are two websites which you have to switch between depending on the function you want. Today the final straw was them not transferring some money I really needed to transfer. When I rang it was clear that this was a fraud check but, unlike other banks, they hadn't made it clear that additional steps needed to be be taken and just didn't transfer the money. I spent a long time on the phone trying to clarify this. Their ethics may be great but this is not a functioning bank.
