On January 19, funds were taken from my account, and I promptly reported it and blocked everything. They assured me the money would be returned, but when I checked my online banking on January 20, I discovered that the same amount had been stolen again by the same entity. I called the bank once more, and they provided an unclear explanation. I urge everyone to protect their hard-earned money and avoid this bank. I will be sharing all relevant information on social media and filing a police report, as my lawyer is already involved.
