I HAVE 2 YOUNG CHILDREN. I WILL NOT GO OUT ON AN OCEAN WHEN EVEN MY HOTEL PUT UP RED FLAGS AND DID NOT ALLOW US IN THE WATER. I have stated several times that as of September 1, 2025 THERE IS NO ACTIVE Charge back with our financial institution. I’ve talked to them several times and they have continuously told me that TripAdvisor/Viator is the one who should issue the refund. Please do not email me stating that there is an active charge back when in fact, I have two letters stating that based on our financial institution, that has been closed. Again, I’m requesting a refund for a sailing trip. The sunset cruise should have been canceled based on poor weather conditions. You should show good faith to your customers that safety comes first; and not putting money in your pocket and putting your customers at risk. Escalate this to management please.
