⚠️ WARNING – MISLEADING AND SCAM-LIKE PRACTICES ⚠️ see other reviews here on trustpilotI strongly warn other users about TripSorted.On 9 December, I paid around €40 for an airport fast-track service advertised online.The service was never provided (still waiting the refund).Three days later, without any clear reminder or explicit authorization, my card was charged an ADDITIONAL €79 for a sort of travel services/membership fee.What actually happens:Users like me are attracted by ads for cheap, single services (fast-track in my case)-During checkout, a hidden subscription (around €79) is buried inside (when I asked for a copy of my subscription, i was not able to get it)-No clear, prominent warning that you are subscribing to a recurring paid service-Charges appear after a few days-Customer support refuses full refunds and offers partial refunds only, clearly hoping users will give up, I did not accept 20% (and later 50%) refund proposalThis is not transparent, feels intentionally designed to confuse consumers.I am now proceeding with a bank chargeback and formal complaints.I strongly recommend avoiding this website and double-checking your bank statements if you ever interacted with it.Do not fall into this trap.
