Review Time
“Outcome feels like a scam”. Purchased a “one off” airport fast track and the experience was poor and actually much more expensive, in hindsight, than the airport would charge. Then to subsequently find out that through their mass of words / policy and tick the box you get charged a €98 annual subscription which I didn’t want or know this was the case. Dispute continues. Stay away.
My intention when using this website was to make a one-time payment for a single service (fast-track at Brussels airport). At no point did I knowingly agree to a recurring subscription of 79 euros every three months which they did after registering to their site. If such a condition exists, it was clearly not presented in a transparent or prominent way, because I would never have agreed to it.
I have now discovered that I have been charged twice for this recurring service, amounting to 158 euros, despite the fact that I have never used the service at all. Until recently, I was not even aware that such a subscription existed.
Furthermore, I never received any notification by email informing me that a recurring payment would occur. All payment notifications appear to have been placed only within the platform itself, which I had no reason to regularly check, especially since I believed I had made only a one-time purchase.
After carefully reviewing my account on trip-sorted.com for the first time, I was shocked to discover that I had been automatically subscribed to a service I never intended to purchase. It is difficult to understand how simply registering for a one-time payment could result in an ongoing subscription without clear and explicit consent. This is a clear SCAM and it could have gone for more months. Beware of this kind of so called "services" - if I could give them 0 stars I would but I think reporting them to all customers services in different countries would be clearly better to avoid other people this experience.
Clearly a scam. I logged in to try to get a security slot at an airport, only to be mentioned it had to happen 6 hours beforehand. Of course this notice only came after a 2 EUR fee. Fair enough, I considered that payment lost. 3 days later I get a 79 EUR charge for their subscription model which I had no idea I had subscribed to.
Seems their model is tricking people into paying for basic airline services and hiding a subscription in the terms and conditions.
This is clearly illegal under EU Consumer Rights, and hope people are aware to not fall for this company's predatory practices.
Trip Sorted enrolled me into a 79 EUR subscription without my clear consent after I bought a simple 11 EUR fast track voucher, and only three days later did I see the unexpected charge on my card.
At no point during checkout was it made obvious that I was signing up for a recurring subscription; I believed I was making a one‑off purchase. When I noticed the 79 EUR debit, it felt deceptive and misleading, especially given the number of other reviewers reporting the same pattern.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this service, double‑check their statements if they have already used it, and be extremely wary of any “trial” or small add‑on that quietly turns into an expensive subscription.
A scam...
The dirtiest kind of fraud and deception.
A simple €1 flight booking service turned me into an unexpected €79 premium package, and I suddenly found myself stuck with it. No confirmation, no invoice, nothing. They advertise various subscriptions, but trick you into signing up for the most expensive one without any confirmation. Even the information on the website is so vague that you can't immediately tell you're obligated to subscribe. A three-day free trial. Once you get home, you're hooked. Devious tactics. Customer service, hiding behind useless little clauses, sends generic emails rejecting refund requests. A truly disgusting way to do business. I will never deal with them again. The minimum "refund," 20% for some and 50% for others, clearly shows they're playing games. And on top of all that, they only refund the money if you admit you're "satisfied with the chosen solution." Unbelievable audacity.
I used Trip Sorted to buy a one-time Airport Fast Track. The checkout clearly said “Pay 6 EUR” — nothing about a €79 subscription.
Later, €79 was charged for a “subscription” I never knowingly agreed to.
You cannot buy the one-time service without ticking a checkbox that quietly includes subscription terms, while the button still says Pay 6 EUR. No separate opt-in, no clear consent — classic dark pattern.
Support refused a full refund and offered only 20% or a free fast track instead.
This looks misleading at best and scam/fraud at worst.
Check your bank statements carefully.
I booked a fast track ticket through this website on the 23rd jan. It did not work and I could not use it, which was my first initial waste of money. It did not mention at any point I could not use it for 6 hours, I needed it immediately.
Then, today I found they have taken 79 eur from my account without my knowledge. This is fraud. In other replies to reviews they give some nonsense about statement of terms. It does not appear. When booking, I googled 'fast track Lisbon airport' and followed the direct link and it takes you straight to booking.
At NO POINT is a subscription mentioned. To clarify my point I have taken screenshots from a new booking I have tried to make and sent them to customer service.
I have requested a refund given none of this is compliant with EU legislation.
