I bought a monthly paper ticket. It works for one day. just one day. I contacted the customer service, which is completely unhelpful. I ask him/her to note down that there is a problem with their monthly ticket and they should take it seriously. I was completely ignored. This is not the first time I bought the monthly ticket. Last time I used the QR code, it was not working well. Now I know that the paper ticket is even worse, and Trip would not care less about your personal experience.
