I am extremely disappointed with Trip.com. My flight was cancelled, and despite numerous attempts to resolve this through their support, I was left without any help.
The situation is simple:
I gave them a fair deadline to find an alternative flight, but they just kept telling me to "wait" while seats were disappearing.
Because they failed to act, I was forced to spend my own money and buy new tickets for a later date just to save my trip.
I have already initiated a legal process to recover these costs.
I am still open to an amicable solution. I travel this route frequently and would be willing to accept alternative tickets for my future trips instead of going through a full legal battle.
