I have had a horrible experience with trip.com
My flight got brought back earlier for my connection
And I wanted to take an earlier flight my first leg so I requested a flight change and they kept on cancelling my request. Also I received a phone call at 2in the morning!!!!!! telling me something I already knew!!!! I had to pay more money and then I didn’t even get a refund or anything
Do not use trip.com because they are unreliable rubbish customer service.
