It is an easy process to purchase tickets. They are at a cheaper rate as they are split tickets which doesn't always mean having to change trains. When one train was cancelled an automatic reimbursement was given which was an easy process . No deduction made for admin etc. Only issue is sometimes there is a minimum amount of time allowed to change trains which can be problematic if trains are delayed.
