A couple of years back, I had quite the experience with the company: they sold me a ticket with a connection that had been nonexistent for two weeks. I ended up stuck at the airport for 14 hours, indulging in food and drink, even splurging on sunglasses. After a long struggle with legal matters, I managed to secure €600 in compensation, including for those sunglasses! So, I’m giving the company 5 stars for the trick I managed to pull off, rather than the other way around. It’s unfortunate to see others facing similar hardships because of their service. Kudos to the company for the chaos they create!
