I had a flight cancelled by the airline, and Kiwi.com made it impossible to get a refund. They forced me to apply through their system, which then told me to wait "up to 3 months." When I tried to chargeback via my bank, Kiwi.com blocked my request and claimed the ticket was non-refundable, even though the airline confirmed they had already refunded Kiwi. It feels like they are just holding onto my money.
I wouldn't even rate them with one star! They truly deserve a -1000. I booked a trip, and everything seemed fine at first. However, the next day, I received an email saying that the trip 'was not approved' and they could no longer provide that itinerary. I was given two options: cancel and wait for a refund—10 to 15 days later!—or accept a credit and rebook a different flight. I was quite frustrated, as they shouldn’t have charged me until the trip was confirmed. I didn’t have the funds to rebook with another company, leaving me stuck with them.
I had to choose the credit. I booked another flight, and everything seemed fine... until I got another email about four hours later saying that this one wasn't approved either. I was furious at this point; my travel plans were not flexible. I could never reach anyone on the phone. Eventually, I managed to book something that was approved, but now there's a 'credit' of $100 in my account. I will never use their services again, and they refuse to return my money. WORST SERVICE EVER!

After a lot of effort and legal battles, I finally received €600 in compensation — including a refund for the sunglasses! So, naturally, I’m awarding the company 5 stars for the trick I pulled on them, not the other way around. It’s unfortunate to see others struggling because of their ‘service.’ Well done, company, you truly deserve recognition for the chaos you create!

I had an utterly disappointing experience booking three flights with them. After paying, I was informed a month later that my 8-year-old granddaughter didn’t have a seat because it had already been sold. I was advised to sort it out with the airline on the travel day, which is six months away. There was no apology or resolution offered.

The responses I received were terrible, with the same information repeated endlessly. I canceled just a minute after paying, two days before my flight, and the airline insisted they wouldn’t issue a refund. I contacted the airline directly, only to find out there were no passengers on my reservation. It feels like a scam.
I wish I could rate this agency zero stars! Be cautious as this is a third-party agency; my flight ticket had an incorrect middle name. I was charged £120 by the company for a correction that Wizzair wouldn’t require. It’s better to book directly with the airline, as they allow name changes for free. When I tried to contact the airline, I was denied access to my bookings because the agency used their email and phone number to avoid communication. This has been a terrible experience!
I left a negative review recently about my inability to get flights refunded. The company claimed they were ‘looking into it,’ but I have not heard anything since. The service has been terrible, with only automated responses available. I can't seem to reach anyone to discuss my booking.
