I booked a flight through this agency for a trip in August 2025, but my flight was delayed by an hour initially and then completely canceled. I sought clarification from the airline, but no one could provide any useful information. After requesting a refund, I still haven’t received it. I received an email claiming my refund was ready, but when I tried to select a method, it said one was already chosen, which I hadn’t done. I reached out, only to be told my refund wasn’t ready. I’m convinced this company is a scam and needs to be shut down.
