YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR REFUNDI am writing here to warn those considering NOT to go with Kiwi. If your flight ends up cancelled you will only have two options: option 1 is to get a refund credit through their company that ONLY works for flights (not for hotels or car rentals, though they word the description vaguely to suggest it might be possible by using the word "trips" rather than "flight"); option 2: you can wait 3 months to see if they are able to assist you in getting a refund from the carrier. From what I've seen of others moving through this process, it isn't pretty. The only communication channel available to those of us who fell for their advertising is a BOT; not email addresses, no phone numbers—no human contact. I chose the first option thinking I could just use it on a hotel but now I'm stuck with credit I can't use anytime soon and with no human representative from Kiwi to talk to. These people are thieves, do not give them your business. Good luck to those who are still trying to get your money back. I am livid. I'd be happy to amend this review if Kiwi has HUMAN representative call me and setup an actual cash refund process. But until now, run for the hills y'all!!!!
